Background:

In 2018, impressed with the success of our own founding school Brighton International School, Raipur. LIFE Educare was asked by a group of friends in Shahdol (Madhya Pradesh) to help them start a franchise of Brighton at Shahdol. It was also the first time in terms of franchising opportunity for Brighton International School helmed by Pratistha Educational Society. LIFE presented the team Shahdol and Brighton, Raipur with a working model and developed SOPs for the launch of the franchise school at Shahdol.

LIFE’s Role and Tenure:

LIFE EDUCARE formed a new company called Option Partners which exclusively works for the promotion of Brighton INternational School brand and gets into Tri-party agreement with promoters looking to start Brighton International School in their town. ‘Option Partners’ acts as a complete hand holding and setup consultant for the franchise where feasibility, architecture planning, resource planning, Principal and Teacher recruitment, school systems and formats, Teacher Training, School Branding & Promotion (from logo designing to executing the marketing plan) entrance examination planning, curriculum designing and necessary regulatory permissions are done for the school. The School was launched in July, 2019.

This is a unique service of LIFE Educare as not only does it help the promoter with a brand they can bank upon but also has helped the brand to grow beyond one-school operation. LIFE Educare has developed the end to end process for franchise discovery, licensing agreements, standard operation and procedures, branding guidelines for brand Brighton International School. Option Partner constantly overlooks each and every aspect of Brighton International School Shahdol on a day-to-day basis.
