Captains is nothing but A guild of principals curated by the team of LIFDE Educare.

The objective is to build a vibrant community of principals — nurtured, trained, connected, celebrated.
What is Captains

An invitation-led, verified guild of school principals and principals-in-the-making, run by LIFE Educare — free to belong to, permanently. Exclusivity comes from verification, not from a fee: a community anyone can join is a mailing list, so every member is checked (identity, school, role) and signs a code of ethics before entering. The door is open to principals anywhere in India.

What can I get from Captains

Learn

A monthly masterclass that works through the Principal’s Curriculum (§2.2) — free, practitioner-taught, case-based.

The Bridge

Confidential peer circles of 8–10 who work each other’s real problems monthly. The room a principal never had; what is said there stays there.

Mentorship

Every Rising Captain paired with a senior Fellow; every newly placed principal gets a 90-day ‘first command’ line.

Toolkit

One genuinely useful artefact a week — checklists, formats, calculators from live LIFE engagements — plus a monthly ‘Law & Order’ compliance brief.

Career

Priority visibility to leadership openings across the LIFE network, through LIFE HIRES’ existing Connect → Match → Engage → Lead process.

Recognition

The annual CAPTAINS Meet and Awards — modest in cost, generous in prestige — plus published member stories and speaking slots.

Voice

An annual member survey turned into a short, quotable sector note under the CAPTAINS name.

Do I have to pay to belong?

This is absolutely free for all Principals and aspiring leaders.
