Dr. Dhirendra Mishra
Founder & Director
An Educator turned Entreprenure, Dr. Mishra possesa Postgraduate and a Doctoral degree in Business
Management from Bhopal University. A University of
Cambridge certified, ‘A’ Level teacher, he taught for a
decade across top-ranked CBSE, CISCE, IB and Cambridge International schools in India and Nepal, including Good
Shepherd International School, Ooty. Institutional leadership
assignments in Nepal and Central India, followed by a
project mandate at Birla Edutech, gave him direct command
of school establishment, franchise operations and multicity institutional management. He founded LIFE Educare in 2009 an acronym he coined for Looking Into the Future of Education and incorporated it in 2011 to deliver school setup and management services to K-12 education
segment. Under his leadership the firm has enabled over 70 greenfield schools across 18 states and the middle-east, LIFE today advises a portfolio exceeding 20 institutions, several of them nationally and internationally ranked. He has trained over 5,000 teachers across India and the Middle East. Fieldwork in over 600 Indian districts underpins his conviction that world-class K-12 education belongs as much to Tier II and Tier III India as to its metros.
Mr. Abhiney Singh
Partner & Director
Abhiney has built his career where education meets enterprise. He knows what it takes to build a successful school because he has built one himself and owned every part of the process. In 2010, he founded Brighton International School in Raipur. It is now one of the city’s most respected institutions, with more than 2,700 students at its main campus and 800 at a second, and it is now being franchised. There, he shaped everything from curriculum delivery and teacher development to operations, admissions and parent engagement. At LIFE Educare, he has helped establish 65+ schools across India, guiding founders from concept and planning to fully functioning campuses.
His earlier corporate career with Mindshare WPP and
the Reliance Anil Ambani Group showed him how large
organisations work and what true professionalism
means: delivering on every promise and commitment.
An engineer from NIT Raipur and an MBA from MICA,
Ahmedabad, he combines an educator’s understanding of

Ms. Priya Madhyan
Head - Human Resource
An outstanding resource, Priya has been working with LIFE for more than 6 years now. She came in when LIFE was still at its budding state. She was told, point blank that she has to earn her salary. She didn’t back out and worked very hard is belittling, she put in her heart and soul to get business and to build the reputation of the company and to take the organization to the level of expertise, at which it works today.
She joined as the Manager of the HR dept. and has since been responsible for handling the entire working of the department. Prior to this, she was appointed as the HR and Operations Executive at Educomp Solutions Ltd. An MBA in HR, she was responsible for Recruitment, Time Management, Preparation of Salaries, and also the day-to-day operations of the company. At LIFE Educare, she is known for her stern directives. From the Founders to the Directors to the Support Staff, nobody gets into her area. What she says prevails.
Leaves – short or full are hardly asked. She does grant leave/s but Her no-nonsense demeanour keeps people guessing whether it will be granted or not. She is so respected and valued that she works from Allahabad and has total control over people working at Raipur or Bengaluru. She has been given the freedom to work as per the hours convenient to her. The clients too never stop praising her. She gives a patient hearing and conveys what can and will be done. Coming from a family of Civil Servants, combined with her education, she has the poise and the language skills her post requires. From one talent to another, Talent Acquisition is what she primarily does at LIFE.
Ms. Shobha Wagh
Manager - HR
A self-made professional with 20+ years of experience, excels in roles from Executive Assistant to HR Professional. Her diverse expertise includes adaptability, problem-solving, strong people skills, and effective communication.
Raised in Abu Dhabi, she managed a full-time job while raising two children and successfully ran her own jewelry store for over a decade. She’s a skilled leader, known for calculated risk-taking.
In 2016, Shobha relocated to India, becoming Manager – HR at LIFE Educare. Her extensive experience significantly impacts recruitment processes, fostering the organization’s growth. Her adaptability, problem-solving, and people management skills quickly integrated her into the team, and her efficient approach makes her an approachable asset. As Manager – HR at LIFE Educare she manages a team of HR Recruiters and assists the schools in HR Trainings.
Ms. Priya Singh
Trainer - Child Protection & Workplace Safety
Priya is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance training. She has led end-to-end hiring for teaching, non-teaching, and corporate roles, and managed onboarding, employee engagement, payroll, policy implementation, and training facilitation. She has worked with reputed organizations, ensuring effective workforce management.
Priya has also conducted in-depth training on the POSH and POCSO Acts, equipping school staff with essential knowledge on workplace safety and child protection. She actively promotes safe, compliant environments through best practices and awareness programs. Holding an LL.M and B.A. LL.B, she blends legal expertise with HR proficiency to drive organizational development and excellence.
Mr. Reuben Dhanaraj
Manager - Asst. Academics
Reuben Dhanaraj, an experienced educator with 12 years of impact in education, began his journey studying English and History, paving the way for a successful teaching career with a Master’s degree in English. Beyond the classroom, he assumed the role of Vice-Principal, meticulously managing schedules, tests, and offering invaluable guidance to students and parents, prioritizing both academic and personal growth.
Not confined to teaching, Reuben delved into English pronunciation expertise by training teachers for seven years, significantly influencing English instruction across several regions. As an Assistant Manager – Academics at LIFE Educare, his core responsibility is to Support Schools and Principals in Academic Administration, Trainings and Audits.
Ms. Priety
Manager - Academics
She believes education is not merely about content, but about connection, curiosity, and character.
With over 25 years of experience in education, and as an emotional intelligence coach, she has guided schools across Karnataka and Kerala, working closely with educators, leaders, and academic teams to build learning environments rooted in empathy and driven by 21st-century skills.
Her work focuses on: Designing reflective, real-world teacher training, Supporting schools in aligning with NEP 2020 through practical, classroom-ready strategies, Empowering educators to move from instruction to transformation.
With a strong background in education, curriculum development, and leadership coaching, she brings both structure and soul to her work. From creating training roadmaps and introducing design thinking into classrooms to facilitating meaningful conversations around inclusion, she thrives in spaces where learning is humanised.
She believes that when education engages both the head and the heart, true transformation begins.
Ms. Teresa George
Head - Academics
An education professional driven by a deep belief in continuous improvement and purposeful learning and with over 27 years of experience in the field, she brings a unique perspective shaped by her journey from classroom teaching to academic leadership and from instructional design to education management. She works at the intersection of pedagogy, systems, and leadership to enhance the quality of educational experiences in schools. Her approach goes beyond conventional teaching, focusing on strengthening learning cultures, refining academic processes, and enabling educators to lead with clarity and intent.
With an academic foundation in Computer Applications (MCA), she applies a structured, analytical, and data-informed lens to education management. Her work reflects a philosophy that meaningful education evolves through reflection, responsiveness, and consistent upskilling of teachers and leaders.
In her role as the Academic Head at LIFE Educare, she partners closely with schools and principals, supporting them in pedagogical leadership, academic audits, instructional design, and teacher development—ensuring that vision translates into effective classroom practice and sustainable school growth.
Ms. Pratiksha Divedi
Asst Manager - HR
Pratiksha Tiwari is an MBA in Human Resources and has been an integral part of LIFE Educare since 2022. Currently serving as Assistant Manager – HR, she plays a key role in managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR compliance across projects.
With a structured approach and strong people-management skills, Pratiksha contributes effectively to strengthening organizational culture and supporting the company’s growth. Her professionalism, reliability, and understanding of HR best practices make her a valuable member of the LIFE team.
Mr. Shrirang Khasnis
Manager - Operations
Shrirang Khasnis is a seasoned professional with over 28 years of diverse, results-driven experience across Information Technology and Educational Administration. With more than 12 years in leadership roles within educational institutions, he has played a pivotal role in establishing new schools, managing end-to-end operations, and implementing systems that enhance academic excellence and administrative efficiency.
Shrirang began his career in the IT sector, where he worked on high-impact projects, including e-commerce initiatives at Yahoo India. Shrirang was also actively involved in the successful execution of the VSAT connectivity project for the Karnataka Electricity Board, a landmark initiative that significantly strengthened the state’s digital infrastructure.
Shrirang holds a Engineering and an Executive MBA from Mysore University, providing him with a strong foundation in both technical expertise and strategic management. This unique combination enables him to bridge the gap between technology and leadership, manage complex projects, and deliver sustainable, long-term value across corporate and educational environments.

Mr. Venkatesh Iyer
Head - Operations
Venkatesh Iyer is an accomplished education management professional with over 27 years of experience in administration, operations, and institutional development. He has been associated with LIFE Educare for more than five years, playing a pivotal role in supporting schools across India with operational excellence, compliance management, strategic planning, policy development and school setup initiatives.
Throughout his career, Venkatesh has held key administrative leadership positions in reputed educational institutions, successfully managing school operations, streamlining systems, optimizing resources, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. His practical, solution-oriented approach has helped schools establish efficient and sustainable operational practices.
He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Management from Symbiosis, Pune, along with Master’s degrees in Public Administration and Sociology, providing a balanced blend of technological expertise and people-centric leadership. His Bachelor’s degree in Commerce further strengthens his understanding of finance and business operations.
At LIFE Educare, Venkatesh works closely with school promoters and leadership teams to establish robust operational systems, implement best practices, and enhance institutional performance. Known for his integrity, dedication, calm demeanor, and collaborative leadership style, he is committed to building efficient, future-ready educational institutions.

Manager - Research & Financial Modelling
A young achiever, a keen observer and a passionate executor are three terms that define Brij’s style of work at LIFE. His keen eye for detail and industrious approach streamlines feasibility studies, logistics and administrative functions in the organization. He holds a gamut of experience working in the education industry. A commerce graduate with intense knowledge of managing domains like finance, school operations and marketing. His logical and analytical ability, attention to detail, and coordination skills combined with an enthusiasm to learn, has helped him to support LIFE across multiple situations, complexities through proper utilization of the resources and funds. A quick and enthusiastic learner, Brij is the best example for Jack of all trades. His knowledge of school accounting and business and financial principles is invaluable and guarantees clarity in school budgeting and forecasting.

Mr. Kunal Watkar brings over 14 years of experience in marketing, branding and school admissions. With a strong blend of strategic thinking, creativity and execution, he leads marketing initiatives that strengthen school visibility, parent engagement and admissions.
He specializes in developing data-driven marketing strategies, managing digital and offline campaigns and creating effective communication that showcases a school’s vision, values and offerings. His focus is on building strong parent connections and driving sustainable growth through impactful marketing initiatives.
