A rural location made it hard to attract qualified teachers and a capable principal, and to convince parents of the value of CBSE education. The full setup took nearly three years.
What LIFE did
Recruited staff, mentored school leadership, and engaged directly with parents on the value of CBSE — support that helped the school reach the milestone of Sainik School affiliation.
