As rightly said by Benjamin Franklin, “If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail!”, LIFE EDUCARE strongly believes in meticulous planning. Our Brainwave service is a detailed study of the location, size of the project, target group and available resources at which the school has to be set up.
We suggest that our promoters first draw and design the school on paper and in Excel sheets and then start the design and construction of the school. After the study finishes, our promoter has a clear understanding about the project cost, break-even point, fee structure for ten years, revenue sources, correct mix of debt and equity, initial and optimum student numbers & incremental growth, human resource estimation, teachers’ salaries, along with a clear view of the market in which he will operate. This brings balance to the project and removes uncertainty and ambiguity in the entire school setup process.
