School Feasibility

We suggest that our promoters first draw and design the school on papers and on excel sheets and then start the design and construction of the school. After the study finishes, our promoter has a clear understanding about the project cost, break even point, fee structure for ten years, revenue sources, correct mix of debt and equity, initial and optimum student numbers & incremental growth, human resource estimation, teachers’ salaries and also a crystal clear view of the market in which he will operate.
