Dr. Dhirendra Mishra
Founder
An educator turned edupreneur, Dr. Mishra started his career as a senior school teacher in St. Joseph’s Senior School, Pipariya (Madhya Pradesh) It was his childhood dream to become an entrepreneur. A management and education graduate of Barkatullah University (Bhopal) and a doctorate in Business Management he taught for ten years in several top-ranked CBSE, CISCE, IB (Geneva) and Cambridge International (UK) affiliated schools in India and Nepal including the Good Shepherd International School, Ooty (GSIS). During this invaluable decade in his career especially during his three-year (2006-09) institutional leadership assignment in Nepal and central India followed by a brief stint with Birla Edutech where he facilitated the conceptualisation of a few K-12 schools he learned the ropes of establishing, managing and administering an education institution including managing franchise operations and multi-city institutions.
“LIFE Educare, conceptualised in the year 2009 is the labour of love of a teacher who dared to dream big. And true to the saying that dreams do not let people sleep he worked relentlessly to realise his vision of building a company which provides an end-to-end school set up & management services to enable children across the country in India access high-quality K-12 education. He coined the acronym ‘LIFE’ – Looking Into the Future of Education – with the objective of equipping India’s K-12 schools with the skills and practices needed to prepare children for the 21st century. Dr. Mishra is an educator who believes that after parents, a teacher is the biggest differentiator in a student’s LIFE.
He is a rare combination of a teacher and a consultant who has taught and set up state board, CBSE, ICSE, CAIE and IB board schools. His Teaching Degree has helped him in understanding the various education pedagogy and has helped him grow as a teacher trainer. He has trained over 5000 teachers in various parts of the country and in the middle east.
LIFE Educare & Dr. Mishra has set up over 50 schools in 18 states of India. He also has a unique credit to his name that he has visited over 550 out of 743 districts of India during his professional career. This has given him a lot of first-hand insight into Indian K-12 Education.
Mr. Abhiney Singh
Director
A teacher, consultant, blogger and a media professional turned entrepreneur, he has a varied experience in the field of Education, Consulting, Strategic Planning / Branding & Marketing. He started his entrepreneurial journey in 2010 by opening a K-12 school called Brighton International School at Raipur which has been an extremely successful venture. So much so that it is now being franchised.
His work experience includes tenures across various media verticals and profiles; from Media planning at Mindshare WPP to Brand Management at Zapak.com to Content & Strategy planning and production at Big Broadcasting & Big Productions. Over the years, he has managed to develop a considerable understanding of education in the consulting space and has also acquired the skills of marketing large sized brands.
He wishes to be a part of the great India story by playing his role in the field of Skills Development and Education. He also runs a self-help blog called ‘Teach Club’ on his own venture Brighton International School’s website. This blog has proved to be of great assistance to entrepreneurs in the field of education and schools. He is also an active member of the Rotary Club. He is an MBA from Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad (MICA) and an Engineer from NIT Raipur.
Ms Priya Madhyan
Head - Human Resource
An outstanding resource, Priya has been working with LIFE for more than 6 years now. She came in when LIFE was still at its budding state. She was told, point blank that she has to earn her salary. She didn’t back out and worked very hard is belittling, she put in her heart and soul to get business and to build the reputation of the company and to take the organization to the level of expertise, at which it works today.
She joined as the Manager of the HR dept. and has since been responsible for handling the entire working of the department. Prior to this, she was appointed as the HR and Operations Executive at Educomp Solutions Ltd. An MBA in HR, she was responsible for Recruitment, Time Management, Preparation of Salaries, and also the day-to-day operations of the company. At LIFE Educare, she is known for her stern directives. From the Founders to the Directors to the Support Staff, nobody gets into her area. What she says prevails.
Leaves – short or full are hardly asked. She does grant leave/s but Her no-nonsense demeanour keeps people guessing whether it will be granted or not. She is so respected and valued that she works from Allahabad and has total control over people working at Raipur or Bengaluru. She has been given the freedom to work as per the hours convenient to her. The clients too never stop praising her. She gives a patient hearing and conveys what can and will be done. Coming from a family of Civil Servants, combined with her education, she has the poise and the language skills her post requires. From one talent to another, Talent Acquisition is what she primarily does at LIFE.
Shobha Wagh
Manager - HR
A self-made professional with 20+ years of experience, excels in roles from Executive Assistant to HR Professional. Her diverse expertise includes adaptability, problem-solving, strong people skills, and effective communication.
Raised in Abu Dhabi, she managed a full-time job while raising two children and successfully ran her own jewelry store for over a decade. She’s a skilled leader, known for calculated risk-taking.
In 2016, Shobha relocated to India, becoming Manager – HR at LIFE Educare. Her extensive experience significantly impacts recruitment processes, fostering the organization’s growth. Her adaptability, problem-solving, and people management skills quickly integrated her into the team, and her efficient approach makes her an approachable asset. As Manager – HR at LIFE Educare she manages a team of HR Recruiters and assists the schools in HR Trainings.
Priya Singh
Trainer – Child Protection & Workplace Safety
Priya is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance training. She has led end-to-end hiring for teaching, non-teaching, and corporate roles, and managed onboarding, employee engagement, payroll, policy implementation, and training facilitation. She has worked with reputed organizations, ensuring effective workforce management.
Priya has also conducted in-depth training on the POSH and POCSO Acts, equipping school staff with essential knowledge on workplace safety and child protection. She actively promotes safe, compliant environments through best practices and awareness programs. Holding an LL.M and B.A. LL.B, she blends legal expertise with HR proficiency to drive organizational development and excellence.
Mr. Reuben Dhanaraj
Asst. Manager - Academics
Reuben Dhanaraj, an experienced educator with 12 years of impact in education, began his journey studying English and History, paving the way for a successful teaching career with a Master’s degree in English. Beyond the classroom, he assumed the role of Vice-Principal, meticulously managing schedules, tests, and offering invaluable guidance to students and parents, prioritizing both academic and personal growth.
Not confined to teaching, Reuben delved into English pronunciation expertise by training teachers for seven years, significantly influencing English instruction across several regions. As an Assistant Manager – Academics at LIFE Educare, his core responsibility is to Support Schools and Principals in Academic Administration, Trainings and Audits.
Ms Preeti Mam
Manager - Academic
She believes education is not merely about content, but about connection, curiosity, and character.
With over 25 years of experience in education, and as an emotional intelligence coach, she has guided schools across Karnataka and Kerala, working closely with educators, leaders, and academic teams to build learning environments rooted in empathy and driven by 21st-century skills.
Her work focuses on: Designing reflective, real-world teacher training, Supporting schools in aligning with NEP 2020 through practical, classroom-ready strategies, Empowering educators to move from instruction to transformation.
With a strong background in education, curriculum development, and leadership coaching, she brings both structure and soul to her work. From creating training roadmaps and introducing design thinking into classrooms to facilitating meaningful conversations around inclusion, she thrives in spaces where learning is humanised.
She believes that when education engages both the head and the heart, true transformation begins.
Ms Teresa George
Head – Academics
An education professional driven by a deep belief in continuous improvement and purposeful learning and with over 27 years of experience in the field, she brings a unique perspective shaped by her journey from classroom teaching to academic leadership and from instructional design to education management. She works at the intersection of pedagogy, systems, and leadership to enhance the quality of educational experiences in schools. Her approach goes beyond conventional teaching, focusing on strengthening learning cultures, refining academic processes, and enabling educators to lead with clarity and intent.
With an academic foundation in Computer Applications (MCA), she applies a structured, analytical, and data-informed lens to education management. Her work reflects a philosophy that meaningful education evolves through reflection, responsiveness, and consistent upskilling of teachers and leaders.
In her role as the Academic Head at LIFE Educare, she partners closely with schools and principals, supporting them in pedagogical leadership, academic audits, instructional design, and teacher development—ensuring that vision translates into effective classroom practice and sustainable school growth.
Mr. Shrirang Khasnis
Manager - Operation
Shrirang Khasnis is a seasoned professional with over 28 years of diverse, results-driven experience across Information Technology and Educational Administration. With more than 12 years in leadership roles within educational institutions, he has played a pivotal role in establishing new schools, managing end-to-end operations, and implementing systems that enhance academic excellence and administrative efficiency.
Shrirang began his career in the IT sector, where he worked on high-impact projects, including e-commerce initiatives at Yahoo India. Shrirang was also actively involved in the successful execution of the VSAT connectivity project for the Karnataka Electricity Board, a landmark initiative that significantly strengthened the state’s digital infrastructure.
Shrirang holds a Engineering and an Executive MBA from Mysore University, providing him with a strong foundation in both technical expertise and strategic management. This unique combination enables him to bridge the gap between technology and leadership, manage complex projects, and deliver sustainable, long-term value across corporate and educational environments.

Mr. Venkatesh Iyer
Head - Operations & Business Development
A passionate individual with 22 years of professional experience. He has been working with a chain of schools in administrative leadership positions for past 13 years. Enthusiasm, dedication and dignity defines him the best. A Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Management from Symbiosis, Pune and second Master’s degree in public administration and Sociology gives him a tech edge and humane approach, His Bachelor’s degree in commerce has sharpened his business acumen too.
Qualified with intense knowledge of managing domains like school operations, planning organizing outreach activities, parent communication and optimum resource utilization are some of the core competencies that Venkatesh brings to LIFE. He has an ability to multitask & manage and is composed and stable.

Mr. Kunal, our Marketing Manager, brings 13 years of expertise to our team. Combining creativity, strategic insight, and a passion for education, he drives our school’s growth and outreach.
Mr. Kunal crafts targeted marketing campaigns using data-driven strategies to effectively communicate our values, programs, and events to prospective families. His focus on building strong relationships with parents, students, and staff enhances our school’s visibility and reputation.
By analyzing market trends and developing innovative campaigns, he strengthens our presence locally and beyond, ensuring our community remains engaged, informed, and connected to the school’s mission and objectives.
Mr. Brij Sharma
Manager – Research & Financial Modelling
A young achiever, a keen observer and a passionate executor are three terms that define Brij’s style of work at LIFE. His keen eye for detail and industrious approach streamlines feasibility studies, logistics and administrative functions in the organization. He holds a gamut of experience working in the education industry. A commerce graduate with intense knowledge of managing domains like finance, school operations and marketing. His logical and analytical ability, attention to detail, and coordination skills combined with an enthusiasm to learn, has helped him to support LIFE across multiple situations, complexities through proper utilization of the resources and funds. A quick and enthusiastic learner, Brij is the best example for Jack of all trades. His knowledge of school accounting and business and financial principles is invaluable and guarantees clarity in school budgeting and forecasting.
