A decade-old school with a leadership void, no real systems, inconsistent academic quality, and scattershot marketing — plus a CAIE affiliation that wasn't the right fit for the local market.
What LIFE did
Audited the school in September 2023, took over full operations and management, switched the affiliation from CAIE to CBSE, and rebuilt the school's systems from the ground up.
