A new entrant aiming to be Hyderabad's premier global school — but needing to launch two boards at once, build a boarding culture that still appealed to day scholars, and win trust in a market of schools with decades of track record.
What LIFE did
Ran the market research and business plan, project-managed the build from concept to launch, designed the curriculum, built the brand and marketing plan, and handled complete teaching and non-teaching recruitment.
